In the morning I woke up to a beautiful sky. Unfortunately the sun rise was hidden behind the land, but you could still catch glimpses of red and orange.

The view at night was amazing. All the lights on one side of the harbour lit up and the water created beautiful reflections.

A storm hit the part of Greece we were staying in during the night and more rain was forecasted to come in the day so it was suggested that we stayed in this harbour for another night.

Think this was one of my most favourite harbours that we moored at since it was so enclosed. In the morning, a parachute flew overhead of our boat so I took a few snaps and the photo of it on my first blog post on Greece is probably my most favourite photo I took on holiday.

A Trip To Greece: Day One

 

We flew into a small Greek airport and were coached out to the harbour where we dropped our bags and took a lovely stroll around the area. During dinner that night, a ferry came towards our restaurant at a very fast rate. We were slightly worried that it wasn't going to stop. Cars started piling off of it before it had even stopped moving. The busy atmosphere it created was incredible. Everyone was moving when we were just sat at our table watching the mess occur.
